Questions and Answers
Are you the company that does the work?
No. We're a referral line. We patch you through to a licensed pest company that's separate from us. They inspect, treat and set the price.
Which towns do you take calls from?
Enid and North Enid, plus Waukomis, Kremlin, Carrier, Lahoma, Drummond, Hillsdale and Hennessey.
Are those winged bugs termites or ants?
Check the waist, antennae and wings. Termites have a straight waist, straight beaded antennae and four wings the same size. The termite or flying ant guide walks through it.
How do I know if it's a brown recluse?
Six eyes in three pairs and a dark violin shape behind them, on a tan to brown spider about half an inch long. See the brown recluse guide.
Why do mice show up every fall?
They look for shelter as it cools off. OSU suggests sealing openings before the cold arrives. See mouse and rat control.
Is treatment safe for kids and pets?
Tell the provider who lives in the house, including pets. They'll explain what they use, where it goes and how long to keep everyone off treated areas.
Can you treat a farm or barn?
Yes. Tell us about the outbuildings on the call so we connect you with a provider who does that kind of work.
Do you handle fire ants?
OSU says fire ants are established mainly along the Red River in southern Oklahoma. If you're seeing aggressive red ants with painful stings, call and describe them.
Can I get a price over the phone?
No. Pricing is up to the provider, who'll quote once they know what's going on, usually after a look.
Does the work come with a guarantee?
Any guarantee is the provider's. Ask them what they offer.
